CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 pkg. cranberries, sorted and ground
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
3 c. hot water
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, cut into sm. pieces
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Stir sugar into berries and set aside. Dissolve Jello in water; cool and add to cranberry mixture. Add oranges, pineapple and nuts; stir well. Pour into molds or large casserole dish; chill thoroughly before serving.
