BASIC QUICK SWEET DOUGH 
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. butter
5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry milk
2 eggs

Heat water and butter to 120 degrees. In large bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, dry milk, eggs, and warm water mixture. Mix well. Add enough remaining flour to form a moderately stiff dough. Turn onto floured board. Knead until smooth and satiny. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Use this dough for any sweet roll, etc.
