GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
2 c. onion
1/2 med. head of cabbage
2 c. green tomatoes
6 peppers
1/4 c. salt

Grind vegetables and cover with salt. Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Add: 3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. celery seed 3/4 tsp. turmeric 1 tbsp. mustard seed 2 c. vinegar

Heat to boil, 3 minutes. Pack in jars. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.
