TOSSED MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 heads romaine
4 green onions
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. dry onion flakes
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar

Break lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Chop onions, including the green parts. Add oranges. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over salad. Dressing is better if made a day ahead.
