BARLEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. barley
1 sm. can mushrooms
3 c. boiling water
1 env. Lipton onion soup

Brown raw barley in 2 tbsp. butter. Stir well. Add liquid from mushrooms and pour into casserole or baking dish. Stir onion soup into boiling water. Pour into baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
