FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 can (5 oz.) chunk white chicken or turkey, drained
1 1/2 c. cut up mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches or nectarines)
1/3 c. vanilla flavored lowfat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice

In bowl combine chicken and fruit; arrange on lettuce-lined plate. Mix yogurt and orange juice; drizzle over chicken mixture. Garnish with sliced cantaloupe. Makes about 1 1/2 cups or 2 servings.
