Use as much Gar Fish as you desire. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides and place in saucepan; put a medium amount of water, 1 onion, chopped and a 5 stalk green onion, chopped, and cook at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve with cream potatoes and a green salad and you have good eating. |
