14 soda crackers, crushed
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
12 dates, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg whites, beaten until peaks form

Mix and spread in greased pie pan. Bake 35 minutes at 275 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
