POT ROAST IN FOIL 
3 to 4 lb. pot roast
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or 1 can cream of celery soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meat in center of a piece of double thick or heavy duty foil; sprinkle with dry soup mix and add can of condensed soup. Bring edges of foil together and seal completely with double folds. Place seam side up in shallow pan. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

TIPS: Before sealing foil, you could add sliced fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced celery, sliced carrots or green pepper rings.
