ROAST IN FOIL 
3 - 5 lb. roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. buttermilk (optional, but adds great flavor)

Place roast on large piece of heavy foil. Sprinkle mix on top, drizzle buttermilk over, wrap tightly in foil, put in 250 degree oven for 5 hours or 325 degree oven for 3 hours. Will be tender.
