CREAMY SWISS AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. chopped, cooked ham
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli (or 10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Combine ham and broccoli in water and cook until broccoli is tender. Gradually add milk mixture to ham broccoli mixture, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Simmer 5 minutes; stirring occasionally. Add cheese and seasonings; cook until cheese begins to melt. Makes 4 to 6 servings with each serving containing approximately 295 calories.
