ROQUEFORT SALAD DRESSING | |
1/2 lb. Roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled 1 qt. mayonnaise (Best Foods) 1 qt. buttermilk 1 tbsp. salt (or less) 1 tsp. pepper 1 clove garlic, pressed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 oz. lemon juice Bring buttermilk to room temperature if possible. Mix crumbled cheese in buttermilk. Add the rest of the ingredients. Makes 2 quarts. (Can be cut in 1/2 easily.) |
