BLUE CHEESE OR ROQUEFORT
DRESSING
 
1 c. evaporated, undiluted milk
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. crumbled blue or Roquefort cheese

Place all ingredients into the blender; cover and process at MIX until smooth.

If you prefer it chunky, you may add 1/4 cup more of crumbled blue or Roquefort cheese and stir in by hand with a spoon.
