FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
1/2 c. butter, cut into 8 equal parts
3/4 c. sugar
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. eggs
8 inch baked pastry shell or graham shell
Whipped cream

In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; beat in chocolate and vanilla until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with an electric mixer at medium speed for 5 minutes after each addition. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream.
