JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. lime Jello
1 lb. cottage cheese (creamed and drained)
1 can crushed pineapple or pears
1/2 tsp. salt

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water and add salt. When slightly cooled, add juice from pineapple or pears to make needed liquid. Let Jello stand until it begins to thicken, then fold in cottage cheese and fruit.
