SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can crabmeat, tuna or salmon 3 chopped, hard boiled eggs 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of Tabasco Onion and garlic salt to taste This is so easy! Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased pyrex dish. Cover with buttered crumbs and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. This is very good served with rice or noodles. This is another recipe from my mom's mother, who is the consummate hostess. She liked to serve this at her bridge parties! She has always been known in our family as a fantastic cook. |
