CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lb. boneless chicken breast
4 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Escort crackers (use 2 pack)
1 stick butter, melted

Boil water, add chicken for approximately 1/2 hour. Let cool. Cut into small pieces. Mix soup and sour cream together. Mix soup and sour cream together. Mix butter and crackers (crumbled up). Put chicken into pan. Pour soup mix over it, next cracker mix. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until it bubbles.
