WESTERN CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. olives, chopped
1/4 c. unsulphured molasses
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 c. raw rice

In large skillet, brown beef, onion and green pepper. Drain fat. Add chili powder and olives. While beef is browning, combine molasses and mustard. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Add to beef mixture along with tomatoes and juice. Gradually add rice, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 30-45 minutes or until rice is tender. May need to add more liquid while cooking.
