BANANA PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Vanilla wafers
3 bananas
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Beat egg yolks, add sugar, milk and flour to egg yolks, stir well. Cook over meidum heat until thick, stirring to keep from sticking. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Place vanilla wafers in bowl and slice bananas over wafers. Pour filling over wafers.

MERINGUE:

Beat 3 egg whites until fluffy, add 3 tablespoon sugar and continue beating until stiff. Spread over pudding and bake until brown at 350 degrees.
