BANANA-NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and bananas and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 305 degrees for 1 hour. Cool well and store overnight before cutting.
