CHICKEN FRIED PATTIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
Flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten

Shape meat into patties, sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper. Dredge patties with flour. Mix egg and milk in bowl. Dip patties in egg mixture, coat with crumbs. Cook in small amount of fat in skillet until golden brown on both sides. Good with cream gravy.
