MARBLED CHEESECAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 yolks, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pkg. sweet chocolate (German sweet)

Beat cream cheese until light; add sugar and beat low speed (#2). Add flour and mix. Add eggs and yolk little at a time. Blend in sour cream and cream; add vanilla.

Put 1/2 cup of cheese mixture in cup and blend in melted chocolate. Pour half of cheese mixture into ungreased 9 inch spring form pan. Pour half of chocolate mixture on top dot and swirl. Add cream cheese layer and top with chocolate layer and dot and swirl.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in oven for 1 hour. Cool completely. Remove sides of pan.
