CHEESE DIP 
1 1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Blend all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Very good served with onion flavored crackers. Can top cheese with slivered almonds, if desired.
