SUE'S 30 MINUTE CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. chopped onions
3 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped celery tops
2 (4 oz.) cans undrained mushrooms
2 chopped green peppers
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. hot water
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown pork in butter in large skillet. Add onions, celery and tops, mushrooms and green peppers. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add to pork mixture. Cook over low heat until meat is well done, about 15 minutes. Vegetables should be crisp.

Stir in flour blended with small amount of water. Stir until mixture is thickened. Add soy sauce. Makes 6 servings.
