COOL WHIP SURPRISE | |
2 env. Knox gelatin 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. cold water 16 oz. sour cream 1 1/2 c. boiling water 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 tsp. vanilla Dissolve gelatin in cold water; set aside. In a separate bowl combine sugar and boiling water. Then combine both mixtures and refrigerate about 30 minutes, don't let it set. When chilled, add sour cream, Cool Whip and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Chill in meatloaf pan until set. Flip it out onto a plate and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling. |
