CRESCENT CHICKEN SQUARES 
1 tube crescent rolls
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth and mix in rest of ingredients. Separate crescent rolls and shape into 4 rectangles, sealing at perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup of chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull up corners of dough to seal. Brush tops with melted butter, if desired. Sprinkle on top, crushed seasoned croutons. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
