HEARTY STEW 
2 lb. meat (beef, deer, elk)
1 lg. onion, chopped
Garlic to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp. browning sauce (or pkg. brown gravy mix)
3 potatoes, diced
4 carrots, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cold water

Brown meat, add onion and seasonings, cooking until meat is tender. Add potatoes, carrots, and celery. Cook until done. May add a little water to keep from being dry. Mix 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup cold water for thickening.
