BROILED SWORDFISH WITH TOMATO,
CILANTRO SALSA
 
1 c. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. grated garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cover both sides of 4 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks and marinate and chill 1 hour.

SALSA:

Combine: 1/2 sm. red onion, diced 1 tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro 1/4 c. olive oil

Chill 1 hour.

Preheat broiler, cook fish on one side for 4 minutes, turn fish over and finish cooking for 4 minutes.

Garnish swordfish with salsa and serve with a lemon wedge.
