PIZZA RICE 
12 slices bacon, diced
4 servings, cooked instant rice
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. dried green pepper
1 can pizza sauce (10 oz.)

Fry bacon until crisp; drain off at. Stir in rice and cheese; sprinkle with onion and green pepper. Pour sauce on rice. Cover tightly; cook over low heat until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
