JIFFY BANANA NUT BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 1/4 c. shortening 2 eggs 3 crushed ripe bananas 2 c. Jiffy baking mix 1/3 c. chopped nutmeats Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and crushed banana. Add Jiffy baking mix and nuts. Stir until well mixed. Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake about 55 minutes in preheated 350°F oven. Remove from pan. Cool on rack before slicing. |
