MARINATED VEGETABLES (LOW FAT) 
MARINADE:

1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. pepper
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1 lg. bay leaf

VEGETABLES:

Carrot slices
Zucchini slices
Cherry tomatoes
Broccoli flowerets
Cauliflower
Celery chunks
Mushrooms

Or can use any vegetables you may want to marinate.
