BEEF IN BEER 
4 - 5 lb. chuck roast
14 oz. bottle catsup
12 oz. can beer
1/2 c. brown sugar

DO NOT BROWN MEAT. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Cover tightly with foil and place in 350 degree oven for 3 to 4 hours. One-half pint sour cream may be added just before serving. Serve over rice or noodles.
