LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 box lemon instant pudding mix
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. salad oil

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add remaining ingredients and beat 10 minutes at medium speed. Pour into ungreased 10" tube pan with removable bottom. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes. Remove sides of pan, leaving cake on bottom of pan. Drizzle lemon glaze over top and spread on sides of cake. Cool completely; remove pan bottom.

LEMON GLAZE:

2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice

Heat to boiling.
