ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops (I use boneless)
3/4 to 1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. red wine
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 sm. clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. minced
1 med. onion

Brown chops in skillet 3 minutes each side. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Slice onion thin and place on top of chops. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer slowly for 45 minutes or longer.
