CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 small onion, sliced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbells broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 or 5 med. potatoes, sliced thick, cook tender, drain

In skillet over medium heat melt butter cook onion tender.

Stir in soup, milk, pepper. Heat to boiling, add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Can garnish with parsley flakes.

For cheesier flavor add 1/2 cup shredded cheese "cheddar"
