1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine corn starch and milk, stirring until smooth, in a medium sauce pan. Add butter, salt and pepper. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute.
