CAPTAIN'S SOUP 
1/2 med. size onion (chopped)
1 lb. ground beef
24 oz. can V-8 juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Cook chopped onions in a little olive oil until yellow and soft. Add beef and cook until chunks are gone. Add 2 cans soup and V-8 juice. Stir well until all blended together. Add vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are cooked to your liking. Sample a green bean for testing. Eat and enjoy.
