STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
CRUST:

3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted
2 c. crushed pretzels (8 1/2 oz. pkg.)

Mix together. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Cream the cheese. Add powdered sugar and whipped topping. Mix together. Fold in marshmallows. Spread over baked layer.

TOPPING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Stir and cool, add strawberries. Chill until slightly thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. A very light dessert and not too sweet. Delicious!
