POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. boiled, peeled potatoes, partially mashed
2 boiled eggs, mashed
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. diced onion & celery
1/2 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. pickle relish
Sweet pickle juice

Mix all ingredients together adding sweet pickle juice to desired consistency. Great served warm. Yield: approximately 3 to 4 quarts.
