RASPBERRY SALAD 
2 pkgs. raspberry Jell-O
3 c. water
1 c. applesauce
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries, thawed, but not "soupy" (leave a little frozen)
1 tsp. lemon juice

Prepare Jell-O as usual. Add partially frozen raspberries and lemon juice. When Jell-O mixture is thickening, add applesauce. Chill until firm. Serve with topping below.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt sour cream
16 marshmallows, chopped fine

Let these 2 ingredients set overnight. Whip with electric beater. Put on each serving.
