HARVEST SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 c. chopped potatoes, celery and carrots
1/2 bag frozen corn and (or) frozen peas
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I like to add green peppers, mushrooms and stewed tomatoes.
