GOOD MORNING GRANOLA | |
1 lb. (6 c.) rolled oats 1 c. apple juice 1/2 c. canola oil 4 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. wheat germ 1 c. sunflower seeds (or peanuts or both) 1/2 c. raisins Mix apple juice and oil together in a large bowl. Pour in the oats and sprinkle the cinnamon over the top. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so that the oats can completely absorb the liquid. Next pour into a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake in a 300 degree F. oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Let cool and then add the wheat germ, nuts and raisins. |
