PARMESAN CHICKEN BREAST 
1/2 lb. melted butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed crackers
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
garlic salt

Dip chicken breast in butter. Roll in mixture of cheese, crackers and garlic salt. Place in baking dish. Pour unused butter over top of chicken.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F until chicken is tender and well done.
