POTATO-STUFFED SAUSAGE 
1 lb. Hillshire Farm Kielbasa, cut into 4 equal pieces
Betty Crocker Potato Buds mash potatoes (enough for 4 servings)
2 tbsp. sliced green onions with tops
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut sausage pieces lengthwise almost through to bottoms. Spread open, place pieces, cut sides up in ungreased pan, 13"x9"x2". Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package, stir in onions and mustard. Spread over sausage pieces. Sprinkle cheese. Bake, uncovered until cheese is melted 10 to 15 minutes.
