CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter 1/2 c. chocolate syrup 2 c. crisp rice cereal 1 qt. French vanilla ice cream, softened 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter Chocolate syrup Chopped pecans 1. Stir 1/4 cup peanut butter and chocolate syrup with mixing spoon in mixing bowl. 2. Stir in cereal. 3. Spoon into pan. Press onto bottom and up sides of pan to form crust. 4. Stir ice cream and 1/4 cup peanut butter with mixing spoon in another mixing bowl. 5. Spoon into crust. 6. Freeze until firm. 7. Remove pie from freezer 15 minutes before serving. 8. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in freezer. |
