CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttery Wesson oil
1/4 c. buttermilk

Mix and roll out between wax paper (do not use flour.) Makes one pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

CHOCOLATE PIE FILLING:

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Peanut butter pie filling use same recipe as chocolate pie filling except add peanut butter and not cocoa. Beat egg whites and brown. Makes 1 large pie.
