COWBOY CABBAGE 
1 lg. head of cabbage
1 lg. white onion
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. bacon grease
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut cabbage into shreds. Cut onion into rings. Cut green pepper into strips lengthwise. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add all ingredients and cover. Steam until cabbage is tender. Stir as necessary.
