FRIED BISCUITS 
1 qt. milk
1/4 c. sugar or honey
2-3 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. shortening
2 tbsp. salt
7-9 c. flour

Add yeast to warm water. Add other ingredients and let dough rise. Make into small biscuits and drop into hot fat (260 degrees). Cook until golden brown. Yield: 7 dozen.
