CHICKEN FRY BISCUITS 
8 qts. flour
1 c. baking powder
6 c. powdered milk
4 tbsp. salt
3 lb. can shortening

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Mix until crumbly. Add enough water until barely sticky. Two cups of this will make about 8 to 10 biscuits. Roll and knead on floured surface. Cut about 1/2 inch thick.

Bake until lightly brown.
