SUGARLESS HEALTH COOKIES 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped dates or prunes
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten well
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. artificial sweetener, granulated
1 c. flour
1 c. oats
Chopped pecans; optional

Mix together raisins, dates, and water; boil for 3 minutes and cool. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet; bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 5 dozen cookies. Good recipe for diabetics.
